 | Robin Rose - Past Co-Chair
Employed by Preston Development Company. Rose is owner of Jellybeans Super Skate center in Cary and has been involved in the children entertainment business for more than thirty years. He brought the first ice skating facility to the triangle in 1985. He was instrumental in ice hockey and roller hockey development from its conception in the Triangle. Rose graduated from Barton College after spending 2 years at Louisburg College. He has served on the Advisory Board of the YMCA in Cary. Miracle League duties include construction, development and fundraising.

 | Tony Withers - Past Co-Chair
CEO of Withers & Ravenel, a land planning and engineering firm located in Cary, NC. Withers is a NCSU graduate. He served as past president for the Board of the YMCA of the Triangle and still serves on several committees. He served as past president on the board of the Eastern NC Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of which he was active for 8 years. He is also on the NC State Engineering Foundation, a rotarian (for 20+ years) and a past deacon of his church. Miracle League duties include construction, development, and fundraising.

Recently retired as CEO of AlphaGraphics. Huggins has served as Chairman of the Board of Life Experiences, Chairman of the Board of the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce and is currently Treasurer for the Board of the Center for Volunteer Caregiving. He has an MBA from Northwestern University and prior to moving to Cary in 1995 had been Division Vice President and General Manager of two fortune 100 companies and President of two smaller privately held companies.

Lisa has a true passion for watching and participating in sports and especially youth sports within the community. Starting her YMCA career as the Sports Director of the A.E. Finley YMCA, she spent many hours working with coaches, families and the kids to develop sport leagues to fit the community’s needs. Playing sports all the way through college as a member of the varsity crew team at Clemson, Lisa understands the importance of having the opportunity to play. She is currently the Associate Branch Director of the Alexander Family YMCA in downtown Raleigh.

Dave Tomick is a Founder and CFO of PAW, Inc., a Cary based company engaged in GPS based tracking systems. From 1997 to 2004 he was Executive Vice President and CFO of SpectraSite Communications, another Cary based company that was engaged in the wireless tower business. He is a graduate of Denison University and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Julie works as a substitute teacher in Special Programs in the Wake County Public Schools with both small groups of special needs students and in one-on-one settings. Prior to that, she was a one-on-one Teacher’s Assistant for a third-grade student with autism at Salem Elementary School. Julie practiced law, first in Los Angeles then in North Carolina, for nearly twenty years before pursuing a career in Special Education. She graduated with honors from Wellesley College in 1982 and from the University of Southern California Law School in 1987.
